Cable Powdering Machines

Electrostatic and pneumatic machines for a dust-free and finely dosed powdering of cables, wires, hoses, profiles and belts with powdering agents such as talc, stearate, swelling powder, graphite, waterre pellentpowder etc.

This machine combines knowledge and development from 1959 to 2019. By completely redeveloping the electrostatics and using new manufacturing processes, losses in the E-statics could be significantly reduced and the durability and reliability of the components could be improved. The redesign of the filter system leads to improved cleaning performance and reduced maintenance costs, since the number of wearing parts has been decreased. Overall, the well-known high powdering quality in terms of adhesive force was further improved with reduced maintenance costs and higher reliability.
